                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   RIGHT-OF-WAY AND CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FROM
                   DOYCE G. PAYNE AND KAY E. PAYNE, RELATIVE TO
                   THE GUNBARREL ROAD WIDENING PROJECT, TRACT
                   NO. 36, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF FOUR
                   THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR DOLLARS
                   ($4,624.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way and construction easement from Doyce 
G.
       Payne and Kay E. Payne, relative to the Gunbarrel Road Widening
       Project, Tract No. 36, for a consideration of $4,624.00.
